The challenge
Multi-warehouse logistics ops running on spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads, with no real-time visibility into fleet status or routing.
The execution
We built a unified ops dashboard on Next.js with sub-minute fleet updates streaming via Redis pub/sub. Drivers got a Flutter app with offline-first design; ops got a routing engine that adapts to real-time traffic and weather. Routing efficiency improved 22% in the first quarter; uptime stayed above 99.9% across two regions.
