Sandbox
One product. Two surfaces.
Toggle between the web and mobile views — same logic, same data, same brand.
The challenge
Headless commerce stack with conversion lag and inventory drift across three regional warehouses.
The execution
We replaced an existing plugin chain with a unified API layer on FastAPI talking to PostgreSQL for inventory and Stripe for payments. The Next.js storefront edge-deploys globally; the Flutter mobile app shares the same API. Webhooks now retry with dead-letter queues; inventory drift dropped to zero.
